Notre batteuse est unique en son genre. Elle fut fabriquée à la main en 1790 par Frederick Primmerman de Saint-Armand qui s’était battu pour les Britanniques
lors la Révolution américaine. Elle figure dans le film de Louise Abbott tourné en 2009 qui s’intitule « Giving Shelter : Historic Barns in the Eastern Townships».

Our one-of-a kind threshing machine was hand-crafted in about 1790 by Frederick Primmerman of St. Armand who fought for the British in the American Revolution. It was featured in the 2009 Louise Abbott film, “Giving Shelter: Historic Barns of the Eastern Townships.”
